About FurnFlow

Built by people who have run furniture retail.

We are sales floors, warehouses, and white-glove delivery teams that got tired of cobbling together five SaaS tools and 14 spreadsheets. FurnFlow is the platform we wished existed.

FurnFlow started in a 4-branch furniture retailer in Ontario. We were running Shopify for the storefront, NetSuite for orders, Monday for installer dispatch, Stripe for payments, and three separate spreadsheets to glue it all together. Every Friday someone spent four hours reconciling.

We built a small internal tool to schedule installers. Then a customer portal so people could sign quotes. Then an inventory module. Then a manager dashboard. Then, suddenly, we had a platform.

The other retailers we sold to weren't asking for "ERP." They wanted fewer tools, better dashboards, mobile-first field workflows, and Stripe billing that just works. So that's what FurnFlow became.

Principles

How we build.

Furniture-first, not generic

Every workflow is tuned for showrooms, variant-heavy products, deliveries, and on-site installation. We say no to features that don't help furniture retailers.

Mobile is the default

Drivers and installers spend their day on phones. So do showroom staff during slow hours. We design for thumbs first, desktops second.

One platform, real features

If a feature only gets used by 2% of customers, we don't ship it. Better to deeply finish 30 workflows than half-build 100.

Transparent pricing

No "call us for pricing" on the public site. Two clearly priced plans, one custom enterprise tier. No surprise overages.

Open data

Your data is yours. One-click CSV / JSON export on every plan. Webhooks and API keys on Core+ so you can build whatever else you need.

Honest about what we are

We don't pretend to compete with NetSuite on enterprise finance. We're laser-focused on running a furniture operation. That's the win.

Security

Security by default.

FurnFlow runs on Azure with a hardened cloud posture out of the box.

Tenant isolation at the database row level — every query is tenant-scoped.
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Audit log for every privileged action — view who, what, when.
RBAC with role templates + per-user ability grants.
Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256 using your tenant's secret.
SOC 2 Type II in progress — target Q3 2026.

Privacy

Privacy policy summary.

The short version: we collect only what we need to run the service for you. We never sell data. We never train models on your data without explicit opt-in.

We collect: account email, name, billing info (via Stripe), usage metrics for performance.
We never share with third parties except subprocessors (Azure, Stripe, Postmark) listed on our subprocessor page.
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time from your account settings.
EU customers: we are GDPR-compliant. A DPA is available on request.

FurnFlow is offered on a subscription basis. By using the service you agree to:

Not use the service for illegal activity or to harm others.
Not attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or scrape data.
Pay your subscription on time. Stripe handles billing.
Accept the service "as is" — though we do our best to keep uptime above 99.9%.
