Navigating FurnFlow
The interface adapts to who you are: you only see the menu items your role and plan allow, and many roles land on a home screen tailored to their job. Here's how to find your way and move fast.
🧭 The left navigation
The sidebar is grouped by what you're trying to do. Items hidden from you simply don't appear, so two colleagues can see different menus in the same FurnFlow.

🔎 Search & keyboard shortcuts
The top search bar finds records across the app. Power users can stay on the keyboard:

👤 Role workspaces
The dashboard is not one fixed screen — it renders a workspace built for your role:
Full KPI wall, branch comparison, approvals and exceptions.
Pipeline, quotes to chase, today's customers.
Stock health, reorder alerts, receiving and transfers.
Today's stops or work orders, in order.
The service queue: open, unassigned, breaching SLA.
Read-only company-wide visibility and financials.
⚙️ The account menu
Click your name (top-right) for personal settings and help:
- View profile, Preferences, Notification settings, Security & 2FA, My API keys — your account.
- Theme — Light / Dark / System.
- Help & support — App support tickets, Documentation (this site), Keyboard shortcuts, What's new, and Send feedback.
The notifications bell shows real events — assignments, approvals you owe, failed payments, at-risk health — and each one click-throughs to the relevant place.
